Imagine having an opportunity at an Iowa corn-fed trophy buck!
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the Iowa Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) are excited to share a unique opportunity for the upcoming 2024 or 2025 season:
Purchase of one Special Iowa non-resident deer tag!
In previous years, winning bids for this auction for this special tag have been $43,000.
Iowa is a well-known big-buck producing state, and here is your chance! For sale in this auction is a special non-resident deer tag that can be used for either the 2024 or 2025 season. The tag is good statewide for archery, gun season 1 or 2 or late muzzleloader (hunter’s choice). Tag includes 1 any-sex deer and 1 antlerless deer. (Note that the non-resident hunter and habitat fee ($144.00) is the responsibility of the hunter). Details on Iowa deer hunting and regulations can be accessed from here. Landowner permission is required to hunt on private land.
Proceeds from the sale of the tag will support the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the Iowa Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) shooting sports program (the largest program of its type in the United States with over 4,000 student athletes enrolled).
Thank you in advance for your support and hunt Iowa!
Bid today! You do not want to miss out on this opportunity!
