Terms on real estate: 10% down within 24 hours of sale ending. 10% Buyer's premium added to final bid price. Property sold strictly AS-IS. Buyer should preview property prior to sale and make any and all inspections BEFORE bidding. There is auto extended bidding on the real estate. If a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of the auction, it extends the auction for 5 minutes. for example, if a bid is placed at 1:59pm, the auction will extend for 5 minutes and the new close time will be 2:04pm. This will go on until all bidding on the real estate is exhausted. Once the last bid is placed, the clock will tick down and the auction will end. This closely mimics a live auction where the Auctioneer is calling bids, "Going once, going twice, going three times, SOLD!" If someone bids while the live auctioneer is asking, then live bidding is extended. Same way with this online auction. The credit card on file will be the one used for purchases, unless other arrangements are made. NO PERSONAL CHECKS unless you are known by us, and then only from a local bank. Cash is always accepted, However you MUST LET US KNOW you will be paying by cash PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSING. There is also a staggered closing on personal property items. The first items start closing at 6:00PM, and the remaining items will have a staggered close time throughout the evening beyond the 6:00PM closing time listed.
