Any invoice in which card fails to run to be paid by good local check or cash. Items are subject to auto-extend bidding. If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, the auction will be extended automatically for 5 minutes. Example: If an item receives a bid at 5:59PM, the bidding will automatically extend to 6:04PM until all bidding is exhausted on the item. This makes it fair to all bidders.
