Turn left onto Lindsay Lane and travel approximately 1.2 miles to traffic circle. Turn right onto Nick Davis Road and travel approximately 2.5 miles to auction site on the left.

· This is a LIVE auction with pre-bidding & ONLINE bidding auction day. The highest pre-bid at 9 AM auction day will be the opening bid for the SIMULCAST auction.
· A 10% Buyer's Premium & 2.5% Farm Sales Tax will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total bid price.
· Acceptable payments include cash, check, cashier check or credit card. NOTE: A 3% surcharge will be added to each credit card payment.
This simulcast auction will allow ONSITE & ONLINE bidding at the same time. Pre-bids will be accepted when the auction catalog is posted until 9 AM auction day. The bidding platform will be unavailable between 9 AM until 10 AM which is when the simulcast auction will begin. The highest reasonable pre-bid will be the opening bid for the SIMULCAST auction which will begin at 10 AM. All registered pre-bidders will be eligible to participate in the simulcast auction.
