Payment: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00. Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) up to $3,000. Invoices over $3,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. By agreeing to our terms, you are allowing us to charge your credit card following the auction.
This online bidding system is set to start closing at 7:00 P.M. 3 lots every 1 minute. If a bid is placed with less than 5 minutes left, the time will reset to 5 minutes for that item.
In a reserve auction, if a bidder's max bid is below the reserve, the system bids on behalf of the seller up to the reserve.
Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction. Before you bid, please take a few seconds, and look at the information provided. This will have the location, date / times for the preview and pickup, and other pertinent information. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. You are bidding on the described item, not the photo. Please let us know if you see an error in our listings. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied”. Preview: Not all of our auctions have a preview available. Preview is an “open house” to allow our customers to inspect the items before they bid or buy. Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the item. Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo. Although not all auctions have previews. Please bid accordingly.
Pickup: All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time(s). Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV & will be handled at our discretion (unless other arrangements have been made). Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV reserves the right to ban or do business with anyone they feel unqualified. Please bring sufficient help and the proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff are not available to assist with loading.
Shipping: Shipping is available at the buyer’s expense. No freight shipping available. Flat rate shipping costs start at a minimum of $9. Items larger than 26x20x12 are not able to be shipped. Shipping insurance is required and automatically included, as well as a tracking number. Shipping must be arranged by the pickup date. Please contact us with any questions.

Shipping is arranged through Shipping Saint, below are the steps to request shipping:
1. After invoices are sent out the morning after the auction closes, you will receive an email to either reserve your pickup time OR to have your items shipped.
2. After the auction’s pickup day, your items will be packaged up. You will receive an email with an invoice of your shipping charges. At the bottom of the invoice, you provide payment directly to Shipping Saint.
3. Following payment of your shipping invoice, we will create the label and schedule your items to be picked up by the carrier.
4. You will receive an email with your tracking number when the label is printed.
