Continue straight onto Roark Road and proceed 0.2 miles and turn left onto Carpenter Drive at Jackson County Regional Industrial Park sign. Property is first building on left. Auction signs are posted.

That the property herein described shall be sold at public auction by the Jackson County Master Commissioner in conjunction with the private auctioneers, Ford Brothers, Inc., Auctioneers, in accordance with the laws and statutes so applicable, after due advertisement, to the highest and best bidder, on terms of cash at the time of sale, or at the option of purchaser, upon terms of 10% paid at the time of the sale and a bond with sufficient surety to be posted, and the balance of the sale price required to be paid within 30 days with the interest thereon at 12% per annum.
