Increments:
Increments for this auction are set at $250 per acre until November 1st, at 5:00 PM at which time the increment will change to $100 per acre. If bidding should continue, at 5:30 PM the increment will decrease to $50 per acre. Extended Bidding:
The auto-extend feature for this auction will be 5 minutes for the first 30 minutes of extension. If there has been 30 minutes of extension past the stated soft-close time the extension time will fall to 3 minutes and if there has been 60 minutes of extension past the stated soft-close time th e extension time will fall to 2 minutes.
