The executor of Ms. White’s estate has authorized our firm to sell her real estate and lifetime accumulation of personal property at absolute auction.
TRACT 1 consists of 1.5 acres of which is mostly cleared. This tract is improved with a frame house consisting of living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and bath on the main floor and large unfinished area upstairs. It has a metal roof, storm windows and is paneled throughout. The house is in need of repairs.

NOTE: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a maximum of 10 days to inspect the property of lead-based paint. The period for inspections begins June 5th through June 14th. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day inspection period.
