All these items must be paid for in cash, check or major credit card in full at the time of pickup. The pickup will be on Monday, April 15th from Noon until 6:00 p.m.
NOTE: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead-based paint. The inspection period is from April 2nd through April 12th, 2024. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
